When you book an appointment, make a purchase or contact us, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, appointment details and, optionally, your birthday. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

We use your information to schedule and manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders by email and, if you opt in, by text message (SMS), process payments, and, only if you opted in, send occasional promotional messages.

Our booking form has two separate, optional checkboxes: one for appointment reminder and confirmation texts, and a separate one for marketing texts (promotions, special offers and refill reminders). You may choose either, both or neither; we only send marketing texts if you checked the marketing box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS provider), solely to provide the service.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us.
